[FLEX-28742] [iOS] Pressing on the border of a TextInput closes the SK and leaves a focus ring on the TextInput

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press in the first TextInput, opening the softkeyboard
2. Press on the bottom border of the second TextInput

Actual Results:
SoftKeyboard closes. Focus ring is drawn around the 2nd TextInput. The second TextInput's StageText doesn't have focus.

Expected Results:
The SK remains open. Focus ring is drawn around the 2nd TextInput. Focus is in 2nd TextInput's StageText
