Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached AIR app
2. Click "Open Window"
3. Click "Add Button"
4. Mouse Down on the button and do not release mouse button
5. Move mouse cursor off of button, mouse up

Actual Results:

Button remains in the down state until the user clicks the button again

Expected Results:

Button should return to the default state
