Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run SparkMobilePageScroll.mxml either on a mobile device or in an emulator
2. Scroll the List
3. The List always pops back to the first item in the list, even though pixel scrolling should be supported

4. Edit SparkMobilePageScrollHomeView.mxml to set pageScrollingEnabled="true" on the List
5. Run the app.
6. Page scrolling not working - the List always pops back to the first item in the list

Expected Results:

Pixel and page scrolling should work
