[FLEX-28307] When any button is focused, it acts as the defaultButton but doesn't get the defaultButton skin

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached app
2. Hit tab. The cancel button becomes focused.
3. Hit enter.

Actual result:
The "cancelled!" alert appears.

Expected result:
According to the documentation, hitting enter is the same as clicking the default button. But nothing was drawn as the default button, so why did enter do anything?

In this case, I expect either that enter does nothing or that the "cancel" button shows the defaultButton skin.
