Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Execute the attached application.
2. Click the format button and observe the fifth textinput, it's format result.

Actual Results:
1,123,456.79

Expected Results:
1123,456,79, for the groupingPattern is set to 3;1, not 3;1;*.

Notes:
Reproduced with SDK 21749 and 22057.
Reproduced on Linux and Mac, NOT on Windows.
