Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the statesJitter_HaloComboBox.swf attached file.
2. Click on the ComboBox and change the selected item from Standard to Scientific
3. Now change the selected item back to Standard

Actual Results:

Observe the jitter between the transitions from the standard to scientific or vice versa.

Expected Results:
There should be no jitter. I was not able to reproduce with the issue with spark combo box.
