Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run in ADL
2. Mouse down on the List
3. Scroll downwards over the TextArea
4. Mouse up while over the TextArea
5. Continue to move mouse

Actual Results:
The List continues to scroll

Expected Results:
The List should stop scrolling

Workaround (if any):

• Don't use stage text in your TextArea
  <s:TextInput ... skinClass="spark.skins.mobile.TextAreaSkin" />

Note, I can not reproduce this on a device. It only happens in ADL.
