Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a mobile application using Flash Builder.
2.Add DateSpinner component as child. Listening the "updateComplete" event.
3.change selectedDate.

Actual Results:
"updateComplete" event will trigger before animation finished.

Expected Results:
"updateComplete" event will trigger after SpinnerList animation is finished.
