Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a view with few controls, including a ComboBox that either (see the attached sample):
a. Has an initial selected index of -1
b. Has an initial selected item that's blank/empty string
2. Place the control after a control which won't go in Forms Mode (with JAWS), e.g. Button, and make sure that the ComboBox follows that in the tab order
3. Using JAWS 12, tab to the ComboBox control (with the selected item being blank)
Actual Results:
JAWS does not read the control properly and you cannot interact with the control. However, if the initially selected item in the ComboBox is not blank, then it will be read correctly and JAWS will enter Forms mode allowing you to interact with the control
Expected Results:
JAWS should automatically enter Forms mode and instruct you how to use the control
