Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install FB build and serialized with CS Master Collection license
2. Import the attached LicenseTestUser.fxp which inturn imports LicenseTestLib.fxpl
3. Run LicenseTestUser.mxml

Actual Results: Text in text area reads
I am here
LicenseHandler present
LicenseUser present

Expected Results: It should read
I am here
LicenseUser present

LicenseHandler class should be removed by the compiler when it sees premium license

Workaround (if any): Serialize FB with FB Premium or FBPHP Premium serial number instead of CS Master Collection serial number.
