[FLEX-27752] application doesn't get reload with splash screen everytime it's reopened

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. launch the attached app on iPod/iPhone/iPad.
2. See the splash screen loads first, then the application launches.
3. press the home button to close the app.
4. reopen the app.

Actual Results:
the app starts at the place where you quit last time.

Expected Results:
Splash screen loads. This is how other apps do, and
it looks like this is the standard on iOS.

Workaround (if any):
force stop the app, then restart, but this is not how other apps behave.
