[FLEX-27715] Command-` in OSX with Chrome causes TextInput fields to quit accepting text

Description

Confirmed that this happens with any textinput field such as the ones on the documentation site.

Follow this exactly:
1) Open two chrome windows.
2) Open html file with swf that has a textinput.
3) Select the textinput field to get focus.
4) Hit command - ` and do not type anything else.
4) Select url bar and hit command - ` again to actually get the browser to switch.
5) Click on the 2nd window somewhere to get focus.
6) Command - ` back into the 1st window or just click the second window.

Nothing accepts text now.
