Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import attached mobile project into FB4.5.1.
2. Run the app on Android device and ADL.
3. Click the button to format a date text for TextInput.

Actual Results:

Android: December 25, 2000
ADL: Monday, December 25, 2000

Why are they different?

Expected Results: Same formatted text.
