[FLEX-27497] The click on the tabbedViewNavigator isn't executed when a keyboard is shown

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the project on android device
2. click on the textInput in order to opening the keyboard
3. click on the second tab when the keyboard is still opened
4. No changing or change event are thrown by the TabbedViewNavigator.

Actual Results:
The keyboard disappears and it is not passing on the tab I've clicked, and of more, no events are thrown

Expected Results:
Passing to the tab I have clicked, no need to re-click another time on the tab
