[FLEX-27417] TileList does not update UI when manipulating data

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip my attachment, go to bin-debug/MyWebsite.html
2. Click on "button2"
3. You will see the new item wasn't being added to the TileList.
4. Click on the TileList, flex updates it, now it show up.

Actual Results:
New item isn't being added to the TileList. It seems like internally it's added, because if you click on the TileList, then it show up. The bug is that the UI doesn't get updated. I tried all possible method called to force update UI, none of them work.

Expected Results:
New item being added to the TileList when I add data to the XMLListCollection.

Workaround (if any):
Click on the TileList, flex updates it, now it show up.
