Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.create a component with a TextArea.
2.Pop up this component using PopUpManager
3.Click the text area

Actual Results:
RTE in the SkinnableTextField class, on focusManager.

Expected Results:
TextArea get the focus

Workaround (if any):
None

This is a regression from 4.5. Please find simple FXP attached to reproduce the issue
