Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an app. which adds and removes items from a list.
2. Add 100 items to the list. (In the test app, press "+ @ top" five times.)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
4. Remove 60 items from the list. (In the test app, press the "- @ top" button three times.)

Actual Results:
The list shows no items.
Start to scroll up and watch the scroll bar. You will need to scroll through the empty space used to show the 60 deleted items before the remaining items come into view. Once they are in view, the empty space is eliminated and scrolling behavior returns to normal.

Expected Results:
The list needs to readjust its scrolling details when items are deleted.
