[FLEX-27370] Button width in actionbar is inconsistent between os's

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compare with attached project on 320 device and 240 device

Actual Results:
on 320 device, the divider lines after the buttons line up, whereas on the 240 device they do not.

Expected Results:
i'm not sure which is correct, however they should be consistent
