Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Main.mxml
2. Click "visible" button
3. Click on the TabNavigator
4. Do "Ctrl + PageUp/PageDown

Actual Results:
Panel 2 is still visible by "Ctrl + PageUp/PageDown".

Expected Results:
Panel 2 should be not visible even "Ctrl + PageUp/PageDown".

Workaround (if any):
Set enable=false as well.
