[FLEX-27260] Pressing on a TextInput after waking up the device shows the focus, but not the soft keyboard

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached project on ios device
2. Click the TextInput and the softkeyboard comes up
3. Dismiss the soft keyboard
4. Press the power button to shut off the screen
5. Press the power button again to turn on the screen
6. Press the TextInput

Actual Results:

No softkeyboard is shown, focus is shown

Expected Results:

Either the softkeyboard should be shown, or we shouldn't show the foucs

Workaround (if any):

Tap the TextInput, then tap off the TextInput, then tap the TextInput to bring up the softkeyboard
