[FLEX-27246] Tapping two separate buttons can cause a doubleClick event on one of them

Description

Steps to reproduce:
Please run attached project on a Xoom device (bug does not happen in the simulator).
Tap fast (single tap) on all 3 images. Single tap sets the border blue, double tap sets the border red.

Actual Results:
If you tap fast enough one of the images will be red, even though you never did a double tap on the same image

Expected Results:
The same behavior as if you single tap slowly on each image. All images are blue.

Workaround (if any):

Notes: " Looked into this bug and the problem is that for fast tapping, the event.currentTarget is wrong.
