Description

Steps to reproduce:

When you work with ViewNavigator you push or pop to other view, the docs says that activate and deactivate events are fired, actually this is not what happen today with viewNavigator or even View base applications.

Actual Results:

Does not fire the events, it's fire only when you loose the focus of entire AIR app not when you're transitioning from it views.

Expected Results:

Workaround (if any):

By far, removedFromStage is the only fired event that can work with it.
