Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Assign a ViewStack as the dataProvider for a TabBar

Actual Results:
Functions such as getElementAt(index) do not return the correct results.

Expected Results:
Functions such as getElementAt(index) should work correctly...

The DataGroup indexToRenderer array does not appear to be populated correctly, and therefore I'm surprised that the TabBar even works at all... as the layout needs to iterate over the renderers in order to measure and update properly.
