    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. run application file below with Japanese IME on and Hiragana selected
      2. press the Go button and observe what happens in the textInput
Note: I'm running this on Flash player standalone, thus no browser version down below.

      Actual Results:
a k appears. It's hard to tell, but this is actually a Half Width Katakana k, not a Hiragana k. To test for that, manually delete the k and then type a k again (you will see that they are different - the latter is italic and if you type an 'a' character will yield to a different character than the former).

      Expected Results:
a Hiragana k should appear, if I interpret the IME class documentation correctly.

      Workaround (if any):
      haven't found one, sadly
