Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SliderBase.as in Spark

SliderBase.as in Spark is using mx formatters. Please change this to Spark equivalent. Also, take a wider look and correct this at any other places where mx is being used where we have Spark equivalent available.

Actual Results:
SliderBase.as in Spark is using mx formatters.

Expected Results:
SliderBase.as in Spark should be using Spark formatters.
