Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Flex project using the Flex Hero 4.5 SDK
2. Compile utilising RSL's

Actual Results:

Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/swz/flex/4.5.0.18623/framework_4.5.0.18623.swf

Expected Results: Doesn't throw an error
