[FLEX-26964] Launching an application from a directory with a high ascii name causes the Image to not show up

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place the bugfiles in a high-ascii named directory like "ääääääääää"
2. Compile the mxml file.
3. Launch the swf in the browser.

Actual Results: The image doesn't show up.

Expected Results: The image should show up.

Workaround (if any): Use Spark Image instead of MX:Image
