Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create Draggable Object
2.Create Droppable Object
3.Create NativeDragManager on drag with clipboard and 2 datasources (ClipboardFormats.FILE_PROMISE_LIST_FORMAT, ClipboardFormats.TEXT_FORMAT)

Actual Results:
Droppable Object never dispatch a DragEnter because of the FilePromise. If no FilePromise is available (only TextFormat) it works as expected.

Expected Results:
Droppable Object should recieve an DragEnter

Workaround (if any):
Would be nice if I got one. (I think it worked on windows)
