Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a WindowedApplication containing a Canvas with a ComboBox in it
2. Create a pop-up Window
3. Use addChild() to move the Canvas and ComboBox to the new Window

Note: Attached a sample MXML that reproduces the issue.

Actual Results:
The ComboBox does not work correctly, when clicking on it, the drop-down list shows up in the parent window momentarily.

Expected Results:
ComboBox should function correctly in the new Window
