Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached program. See attached screen shot.
2. Top image is FXG used as a component tag. Rect and Text display

Actual Results:
3. Bottom image is FXG used as a BitmapImage source. Rect displays but Text does not

Expected Results:
3. Rect and Text display when FXG used as BitmapImage source
