[FLEX-26651] A container should give the applicable layout information in its meta data

Description

From tooling, it would be good, if we show only the applicable layout's for container. If the user specifies a wrong layout, application will throw runtime error.
What layout is supported for a container is a knowledge of the sdk component. So sdk components should give this details.

May be the meta data for the layout property can mention allowed/not allowed layout values.
