Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the test application.
2. Open the ColorPicker which has layoutDirection="rtl"
3. click the button to change the layoutDirection to "ltr".
4. Open the ColorPicker again.

Actual Results: The color swatch is in the wrong place. See attached image.

Expected Results: The color swatch should be in the top left of the dropdown.
