Steps to reproduce:
1. Create the following AIR application:

3. Observe baseline alignment

Actual Results:
Baseline alignment has no effect.

Expected Results:
Baseline of text labels should be aligned. Regression appears in rev 19635. Works as expected in rev 19633. See screen shot comparison of before and after.
