Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. use the attached fxp. The BI is defined with h/w at 100%
2. run the test app and from the menu item "Device -> Rotate Left" then "Rotate Right"

Actual Results:

spinner image seems to be drawn within the Panel boundries but the size is significantly different

Expected Results:

not change size

Workaround (if any):
