[FLEX-26338] AIR MenuBar menu width shift

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. On either Windows or Mac, unzip the attached FB4 AIR test app project folder, build and run.
2. Click on the Control menu, move mouse over menu items, observe nothing unusual, click off menu to close it.
3. Click a second time, move mouse over menu items.

Actual Results:
The width of the menu gets a few pixels wider when the mouse is moved over the menu items.

Expected Results:
The width of the menu should be constant.

Workaround (if any):
None

Note: the onMenuShowHandler() function in the test app is written to simulate what happens in our real app: a click on the Control menu to make it appear, a click somewhere else in our real app that will make the check mark appear next to the "Shuffle" menu item, then a subsequent click on the Control menu and move the mouse over the menu items: precisely the same change in the width of the menu takes place.
