Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. open Flash Builder as administrator (necessary, depending on how/where you keep you classes)
2. create an simple adobe air app that uses native drag and drop
3. drag something from you desktop to the application window

Actual Results:

nothing happens, the event is not dispatched

Expected Results:

a NATIVE_DRAG_ENTER event should have been dispatched
