[FLEX-26232] setFocus()or FocusManager.setFocus() does not works for DropDownList

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the Attached file.
2. Click on the button , "Set focus to drop down" .
3. For the difference, click on other two buttons - set focus to ComboBox and Text Input

Actual Results:
Focus does not get set on DropDownList control , but successfully on s:ComboBox.

Expected Results:
Focus should get set on calling the setFocus() for DropDownList control as it does for Combobox.

Workaround (if any):
Not applicable.

I mention the Combobox as both are derived from DropDownListBase. Is there any specific reason why DropDownList does not implements the setFocus().
