Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip and run the attached source. Issue appears to be independent of browser, can reproduce on either FF or IE, Win XP.
2. As described in the source - position the mouse pointer below the link. Move mouse upwards pixel by pixel until the link shows underlined (a:hover)
3. If you've hit the correct position, when you click on the link nothing will happen.

Expected Results:
Expected result is that if the link displays underlined (due to a:hover in stylesheet) clicking on the link will dispatch a TextEvent & display an alert

Workaround (if any):
None. Portions of the affected application make extensive use of <a> tags. Bugs have been logged against our application by users saying that they need to click several times on links in the app.
