Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.open a blank app or viewnavigator application.
2.set layoutDirection=rtl" in the application tag.
3. add button and label to it into the view/application.
4. run.

Actual Results:

the button label not displayed. only happens with mobile application. utr in regular spark application.
Expected Results:
displayed
