    Description

Seen in Flex SDK 4.5.0.18403 (also 4.5.0.17689). [sdk]/frameworks/air-config.xml has different framework RSL order than [sdk]/frameworks/flex-config.xml.

Not sure of the proper order, but they seem as if they should be more consistent. See: https://prerelease.adobe.com/project/forum/thread.html?cap=b4dd6eba22d848afbd7e0c95bd5eae0c&forid=

Have had issues with textLayout null values, which I think are related to framework RSL load order. Prior reported issue (on above thread) of missing classes was a separate issue, that we have resolved.

Still working on a simple reproducible case (our project in which the issue was discovered is too complex for the sample). Will update ASAP.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1.
