Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. in a new view tag, add alpha=.5
2. run the app.
3.

Actual Results:
the actionBar doesn't have the alpha. tried also navigator.actionBar.alpha=.5, but didn't work.

Expected Results:
should be able to set alpha to actionBar.

Workaround (if any):
