    Description

textShadowAlpha (rev 18656) is specified in 2 style rules: "ActionBar #titleDisplay" and global. We should have 1 common global style to allow for easier styling. The current XD spec calls for .45 in ActionBar and .55 in Button.

Also, a side effect of RadioButton and CheckBox sharing the same base skin as Button is that they support textShadowColor and textShadowAlpha. Text shadows were in neither of these specs. I argue that since the text for these skins does not rest on top of a chromeColor, we shouldn't support text shadows for these 2 components.
