Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a ViewMenu
2. Use the 5-way to put the caret on a ViewMenuItem
3. Press down the 5-way

Actual Results:

The ViewMenu closes and the item is immediately selected

Expected Results:

The item should go into the down state. Only when the 5-way is released should the ViewMenu close and the item get selected. Also, if the 5-way is used to navigate while it is pressed down, it should change the caret.
