Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run textAr.mxml. It has a TextArea with wordWrap turned off.
2. Click in the TextArea.
3. Start typing.

Actual Result: The horizontal scroll bar appears quite a while before you reach the right edge of the TextArea.

Expected Result: It should not appear until it's needed.
