Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached Flex app CornersStickOut.mxml
2. Click the button. The red rectangle shows the layout bounds of the black rectangle.

Actual Results:the corners of the black rectangle stick out of the red rectangle by several pixels.

Expected Results: the black rectangle is exactly contained within the red rectangle.

This bug shows up in Catalyst's Artboard, whenever you select a rotated rectangle with a heavy stroke.
