Steps to reproduce:
1.<TextFlow blockProgression = 'tb'><p><a href="URL" /></p></TextFlow>, I jump definitely then.
2.<TextFlow blockProgression = 'rl'><p><a href="URL" /></p></TextFlow>, I cannot jump definitely then.
