Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a mxml file with a disabled ComboBox.
2. Try setting a style for the disabledWithPrompt state using any component that should inherit the property (e.g. SkinnableTextBase, DropDownList, ComboBox, etc....).
3. Compile and run.

or run the SWF file attached (see MXML, also attached).

Actual Results:
No style attributes are applied.

Expected Results:
Style Attributes are applied.
