Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile the codes according to the description in the attachment image "ZipCodeFormatter1.png
". Input six-digit number zipcode like "116001".

Actual Results:
The six-digit number zipcode is not supported.

Expected Results:
It should works well.

Observe the file "formatters.properties" under "frameworks/projects/framework/bundles/zh_CN" at line 34, it is discribed as "zipCodeFormat=######". On the other hand, "ZipCodeFormatter.as" is not supported the formatString of "######". Image "ZipCodeFormatter2.png".
