Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Flash Builder 4
2. Create a new Flex Project
3. Export a Release Build of the project
4. Double click (Launch) on the SWF file created in the bin-release folder (the file will launch fine)
5. Change the date on the computer to +6 years (for example 9/27/2020)
6. Double click (Launch) on the SWF file created in the bin-release folder (the file will display error 2046)

Actual Results:
Error 2046

Expected Results:
Application should launch fine
