Description

Found in 4.5.0.17742.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Set the button icon.
3. Change the button heights using the slider.

Actual Results:
Button icon isnt clipped. (didnt work in MX either)
Button label leaks out of button (vertically). (looks better in MX)
Button icon isnt centered (looks better in MX)

Expected Results:
More like MX behavior, but clip icon if it exceeds button dimensions.
